KURTEK Hydraulic Control Unit is used to close Quick Closing Valves in the fuel supply line of each engine and generator. For hydraulic remote control, KURTEK Quick Closing Valve is equpped with a hydraulic cylinder which is activated by a special single piston impulse unit.
Operating principle: When the lever of Kurtek Hydraulic Control Unit is pulled downwards, the oil volume below the piston is pushed through the connecting tubing to activating cylinder of the quick closing valve
APPLICATIONS
* KURTEK Hydraulic Control units that are used fig. KTK-HU-1
* With one pressure actuator ( lever ) up to 6 quick-closing valves can be operated.
(Total distance between the Quick Closing Valves and Hydraulic Control Unit is important)
* The optional Hydraulic Control Unit Cabinet is suitable for 1 - 6 Hydraulic Unit operation.
* Control Pressure: 8 bar
* The connection between the hydraulic cylinder of the valve and the impulse unit must be made of seamless drawn steel tubing with a minimum inner diameter of 6 mm.
* The number of connections and bulkhead fittings must be restricted to a minimum.
* There should not be any sharp bens in the transmission lines. The assembly must be installed in such a way that mechanical damage is not possible.
* The oil type used may not affect the correct operation either under tropical or arctic conditions.
Advantages of Sensor Unit
With optional sensor unit, oil level will always check and human error is minimized.
If the pump oil levels decreases; the alarm signal (from variable places and variable kind) can be given with sensor output.
According to optional sensor unit; the system will easy to maintenance and always ready to work.
Recommended Oil Type: ISO Viscosity grade 32
